Therefore, Preferential Procurement focuses on Enterprise and Supplier Development when working towards achieving compliance. Measured Entities are required to achieve a 40% sub-minimum of the total Preferential Procurement points, which is 40% of 27 points, 40% of 10 points for Supplier Development, and 40% of 5 points for Enterprise Development.
