BBBEE Management Control

Management control is a fundamental element of the BBBEE scorecard and a key measure of how transformation is reflected within your organization. It measures the degree to which Black people are represented at the Board, Executive Management, Senior, Middle & Junior levels within an organization.

The plan encourages companies to promote diversity and inclusion in management structures and to develop the skills of their Black employees to create an equitable workplace that contributes to the transformation of the South African economy. When Management Control initiatives are implemented successfully, organizations can earn significant points toward their B-BBEE score.
